Extruder Upgrade Kit for FlashForge Creator Pro2016 Dual Nozzle
This extruder upgrade kit for the Flashforge creator pro 2016 dual nozzle printer will replace the original feeders and coldblock.
This kit provides a high-performance material feeding system with the ability to print faster with improved quality. The adjustable thumbscrew allows you to fine-tune the force acting on the filament. The original motors are used and the PTFE feedtube is held securely in place with an industrial 6 mm Push-fit connector for reliability.
The housing parts are professionally SLS printed in polyamide for maximum strength and precision.
It allows for a more reliable printing with all sorts of filaments, both stiff and flexibles and the DualDrive system ensures that the extruder never looses grip of the filament so grinding, slipping is a thing of the past.
NOTE: This block has an 7.80 mm hole through the coldblock for the factory default heatbreak.

Documentation: Installation Guide
(This guide shows the installation on a Makerbot Replicator 2X, this guide can also be used for installing the Bondtech kit on Replicator 2, Flashforge and CTC clones as they are almost identical clones.)
ATTENTION !
The guide we provide to install this Upgrade Kit, is based on the Makerbot Replicator 2X.
There is a critical difference between the installation on the Makerbot and on the Flashforge.
The difference is the way the hotends is clamped and the height is set. On the Makerbot the hotend set screws are on the sides of the cold block. On the Flashforge, due to the positioning of the heat sink and fans, they are on the back. Users need to adjust the hotend height and fix the hotends before installing the stepper motors. Steps 30 and 31 must be performed between steps 26 and 27.
To grip the hotend and adjust its height, the FlashForge Creator Pro 2016 kit includes 2 set screws. The set screws are accessible from the stepper motors side (back side).
