Semi-finished products - precision and quality for your applications

Our ‘Semi-finished products’ category includes a wide range of aluminium and plastic products as well as precision shafts and tubes made of steel that are suitable for various industrial and structural applications. All materials are characterised by their high quality and precision in order to meet the requirements of production and processing.

 

Aluminium profiles and rods

Our range of aluminium profiles offers versatile options for a wide variety of constructions. These include U-profiles, angle profiles, flat bars, round tubes, rectangular tubes, square tubes and square bars. Each profile is characterised by high stability and low weight, making them ideal for load-bearing structures, frames and cladding.

Simply specify the desired length in millimetres and the required quantity. The profiles are then cut exactly to the required length without burrs.

Sheet materials

Our range includes aluminium and plastic sheets for a wide variety of applications. All sheets are cut to the exact dimensions required.
The face-milled cast aluminium sheets are characterised by very low thickness tolerances and excellent dimensional stability. The low residual stresses minimise distortion during and after machining, eliminating the need for time-consuming reworking. These plates are ideal for reference plates, control tools and fixtures where high dimensional accuracy is required. We offer optional edge processing on request.

We also offer high-quality plastic sheets made of various materials, including polycarbonate (PC), Plexiglas® XT (PMMA), PETG, PVC, POM as well as PA6-G and PA6. Each material has specific properties, such as high impact resistance, excellent light transmission or chemical resistance, which are suitable for different applications.

 

With our 3D configurator, you can share your customised CNC configurations publicly and make them available to other customers. Simply tick the ‘Public’ box and your configuration can be viewed and used by other users. You also have the option of discovering previously published configurations from other customers and adapting them for your own projects - saving you time and allowing you to benefit from existing configurations!

Precision shafts and accessories

We offer precision shafts in various materials and tolerances. These include heat-treated steel, stainless steel and chrome steel. Of course, you can have the ends of the precision shafts machined directly. Whether facing and chamfering or an internal thread, simply select the desired machining. These precision shafts are suitable for use with the linear bearings offered by DOLD Mechatronik.
